Windigo Gaming — Moche XL Esports 2019 champions

From 15 to 16 June, the Moche XL Esports 2019 tournament was held in Lisbon, Portugal. The total prize fund of the championship was $75,000. The main participants:  Windigo Gaming,  Gamer Legion,  FURIA Esports,  Virtus.pro,  BIG and  OFFSET Esports.

The competition was held within the standard single-elimination system with the bo3 match format. According to this system, the team that loses the match leaves the tournament immediately. Please, note that  Windigo Gaming and  FURIA Esports teams were invited to the championship with a higher crop, so they started the performance from the very semifinals.

Within the semifinals,  Windigo Gaming met with  Virtus.pro, who had previously defeated  BIG with a 2:0 score. Our match with “the bears” turned out to be quite tense and ended with the 2:1 score in our favor (15:19 on Nuke, 16:14 on Overpass and 16:5 on Mirage). The final opponent was the  GamerLegion team. This meeting was held according to plan and ended up with a confident victory of  Windigo Gaming — 2:0 in favor of  bubble & Co. (16:3 on Train and 16:8 on Dust 2).  Windigo Gaming are the champions!
